up dids

This summer my hair spent the better part atop my head (like so) or to the side of it (like so) and now that fall is here, you’d think I’d want nothing more than to leave it down. Alas, I’ve been seeing wayyyyyyy too much inspiration of recent that has me wanting to try all sorts of different up dos.

What’s your favorite way to wear your hair?

i love all of these. my favorite new way to wear my hair is in a side fishtail braid that is pinned up in a side loop/bun.

the only thing different that i do is instead of the pin that she uses i use goody spin pins.
so easy and so darling!
hope you try it out! i’m going to try to replicate some of these!

Unfortunately, I only wear my hair one way: down! I have that a-line short quasi bob that I can’t do anything about it. My favorite tool is my straightener and I definitely can’t live without it! I wish I had longer hair to do messy buns, or have the ability to put it up, but that’s not an option! I will have to make do with putting it down, even in hot weather!

I love a good bun, and you’ve rounded up quite a few. I love the casual but classy vibe of the bun in the first picture but I think my favorite is the messy, chic bun in the last photograph. Thanks for the great hair do inspiration!

you and me both… i feel like this summer was the most humid one we’ve had in a while! i love a simple braid or low side-ish bun. Goody Spin pins are my humid-hair savior!
