This week was rough. I was feeling stressed, exhausted, burnt out and overwhelmed all simultaneously. I was however able to squeeze in a beautiful dinner with Stila x BaubleBar at Laduree, swung by the Everlane showroom (their new chunky knits are everything) and saw IF/THEN with Idina Menzel and it was just amazing. This weekend I’m catching up with girlfriends, heading out to CT for brunch with some blogger gals to see Julia’s new turf and getting down to business with some to-dos on this here blog.

  • This video is everything.
  • Every year I just LOVE this.
  • I am obsessed with the fact that VINCE is launching handbags. Their sweaters, shoes and my beloved leather jacket are by the brand and I can’t wait to get my hands on one of their new bags.
  • I talked about the new Banana Republic here (I’ve been impressed), but here’s a great read from Racked with an interview from the new Creative Director of BR, Marissa Webb
  • Grace’s guide to Portland from her recent trip has me wanting to plan a trip ASAP!
  • My gift guides will start posting the week of the 17th but in the meantime be sure to check out my Pinterest boards with loads of ideas for everyone on your holiday list this year! I’m particularly in love with loads of items from West Elm right now (esp. these trays).
  • This sweatshirt is so cute & so affordable.
  • I adore Hallie’s post on little life hacks. She’s always inspiring me to do better and live life the way I want.
  • This week I had the chance to check out the new SOREL pop-up in New York that’s open for winter – hooray! It’s located right in the Meatpacking at 345 W. 14th Street and has loads of styles to help you make it through winter. I picked these out. (You may recall I styled another pair here).
  • J.Crew is offering 25% off coats, boots and sweaters – stock up before winter really arrives! (I love this one)
  • Love how Mackenzie styled her pop of red (see mine here).

And in case you missed it…

  1. Thank you for including me, girlfriend! We need to plan our coffee (or let’s be honest, wine) date before Thanksgiving.

And also a trip to Portland — I loved Grace’s recap, too!

    See you soon. x

  2. So happy you liked my post! And so happy we could (sort of?) catch up last night!!!

    XOXO
