Hi, all! I am keeping today’s post short + sweet as I am typing this late having just gotten home from returning from Grand Cayman! I could not have had a better trip and while I gear up my travel diaries posts, you can get a peek at my trip over on Instagram. More photos are also over on the Visit Cayman Islands’ account as I did a takeover of their handle on Tuesday – it was such fun! I can’t wait to tell you all about my getaway.

Now a word about this trench – I have spoken about Everlane on this blog many a time and earlier in the year I bought this swing trench of theirs and finally had weather in NYC where I could wear it months after buying it. The quality of the trench, not surprisingly given my past experiences with the brand (see here, here), is excellent. The weight of it is perfect and I love the classic navy color. If you’re looking to purchase, a note about sizing as when my Medium arrived (the size I usually am in Everlane), the coat looked huge but upon putting it on, I realized it was perfect. Due to the “swing” styling, it is slightly oversized at the bottom but I personally love it. It is just as cute open as it is buttoned up. With spring showers inevitably on their way, I can’t wait to style this coat more ways. I highly recommend it!

Hope you’re having a great week xo
