Today I am Hamptons bound for the long weekend!! I am honestly giddy as I type this post. I cannot wait for some much needed sun (my skin is ghastly!), yummy and cool cocktails, a little R&R, delicious food and time spent with some of my favorite NY ladies.

What a week! Been completely crazed at work, but it’s made me so ready for the weekend which will be filled with friends, derby drinking, the gym and seeing the Alexander McQueen exhibit at the Met (!!)

Favorite styled looks this week came from Style Scrapbook with this amazingly flirty skirt and SF fav 9to5Chic with a super cute H&M maxi I may run out and get.

New to my Google Reader is fellow StyleList network blogger Ramshackle Glam who shared a recipe for the perfect spring pasta- yum!

Refinery29 made me wish I still had my uber long hair with this little pony number.

Fa Lo Me’s Laney showcases how to really make your wardrobe work for you when traveling. If only I were able to nail down this talent…

Beth at B. Jones Style gave the download on Pinterest. I need to get to playing around with it stat.

Happy Royal Wedding day! Whilst you won’t see any posts dedicated to the event itself, I did think Kate looked absolutely stunning this morning and I loved watching the whole affair play out. I’m a sucker for tradition and pomp and circumstance, I’ll admit it.
