Most Delicious DIY Chocolate/Fruit Dessert

raspberriesSo upon desiring a chocolatly treat last night and not wanting to over indulge ourselves (or our waistlines), we decided to mix it up last night and boy did we find (read: create) a delicious frozen wonder dessert last night!

We took our new favorite ice cream treat, Skinny Cow’s Fudge Bars, removed it from the wooden stick and placed it in a bowl with about a 1/2 a cup of raspberries.  For about an additional 30 calories, combining the fudge bar (100 calories, 1 gram of fat, a-mazing) and the raspberries is a flavor explosion in your mouth that tastes WAY more sinful than it really is (and the serving of fruit is good for you too!) Who doesn’t love that?!

We totally recommend it!
