{combo to covet} red + leopard

When Rachel Bilson stepped out in the above combo, I was immediately struck by how chic she looked in her Erdem red pants and leopard pumps. As I’ve previously mentioned, I plan to get a pair of red, structured trousers this fall and now think I need a pair of leopard heels to pair with them. I’m loving the entire look below…what do you think?

What a summer it’s been so far! I just returned from Cabo San Lucas this morning and am in mad catch up mode, but thought I’d share some snaps of my summer thus far. Hope all of you are soaking yours up as much as you can!

I had so much fun celebrating my birthday last night in the Lower East Side at The Stanton Social and a few bars post-dinner. Delicious Strawberry Fields cocktails were sipped on (thanks to Kooba for the recommendation!), French Onion Soup Dumplings were loved and 90-Proof Milkshake shots were downed. I celebrated in this 7 for All Mankind skirt whose colors I cannot get enough of (many thanks to Shop It To Me for sending me such a beautiful piece!) and my best birthday present ever.

Thanks to all for the lovely birthday wishes via the blog, Twitter, Facebook, phone calls and texts. It was such a lovely day and I feel so blessed to be surrounded by such wonderful people. XOXO
