modman monday 34 : spring in new york.

I took this a few weeks back on a weekend stroll through Soho.. it was the first weekend that the sun was out and the temperature was above 40 degrees and it was glorious. Fast forward to today: it’s a balmy 75 degrees in New York and legs (and toes!) are out and about. What are you New Yorkers wearing to celebrate the warmth?

I know Jenna’s Picks is a regular feature on J.Crew.com, and I’ve covered it before, but I had to share this. I just wrote about how I love my Sundays, and what do I find? How Jenna and her son Beckett go off duty in style on the weekends. I chatted with Jenna about work/life balance at the Lucky FABB Conference in February and I love that she disconnects in the evening and makes time for her husband and son everyday. I love even more that J.Crew decided to highlight that in this month’s Jenna’s Picks. And what can be cuter than Beckett in neon pink Essie?
