T.G.I.F! I am headed out to the Hamptons for a weekend with my girlfriends and a last hurrah of sorts for the summer in New York. I’ve packed this, this and this and am planning to get two training runs in for my 10K hopefully as well. I think a change of scenery is just what I need to continue to be inspired!
