Most Sold Items of 2019 I wit & whimsy

As we inch closer to closing out the year and I wind down on my content, I always have fun looking back at what was most popular here on wit & whimsy with you guys! Here’s everything you guys bought the most of this year. And a heartfelt thank you for trusting my recommendations – it means a lot to me!

2019’s Most Sold Items:

  1. Lace Top: The popular top I wore to my reader meet up this summer! See it here. Under $100 and comes in several colors. Also available here. I wear it in a medium.
  2. Puff Sleeve Tee: A beautifully made puff sleeve tee to wear year round. I have it in a size medium.
  3. Everlane Cotton Link Stitch Sweater: One of my favorite wardrobe acquisitions this year that you guys also loved. Wears as well in warm weather as it does in Fall. I have it in a medium.
  4. Cuyana Tee: The best tee hands down. You guys have told me time after time how much you love this tee. (Most recently here). I wear a size medium.
  5. J.Crew Regent Blazer: My go-to tailored blazer I own in two colors. See it most recently here. I wear it in a size 6.
  6. Everlane Oversized Blazers: Every style I wore this year was a best seller! See here, here. I size down to a 2.
  7. Ann Taylor Audrey Pant: A stylish pant for work I wore here. I wear size 6.
  8. Agolde Nico Jeans:  My most worn jeans. Also have them in this wash. See my love letter to these jeans here. I size down to size 27 for a snug fit.
  9. Levi’s High Waisted Straight Jeans: The best Levi’s hands down. I’ve gotten many a love letter from you guys about these jeans!
  10. Lululemon Leggings: My favorite yoga leggings and lounge leggings. I wear them so much that my collection now has five pairs. They are the best and I love that you all have found them worthwhile purchases, too!
  11. J.Crew Sweater Blazer: The most versatile sweater! Shared a bunch of styling ideas here. I wear a size small.
  12. Common Projects Sneakers: A major footwear investment but one I vouch for over and over and lots of you guys indulged in them this year, too.
  13. Sarah Flint Perfect Pump: They are as comfortable as everyone says! And I now have them in three colors they’re that good! I’ve worn them countless times on the blog. Use code MEGHAN50 for $50 off your first pair!
  14. Seamless Bandeau Bra: A no-fuss strapless bra that won’t dig but manages to keep you supported.
  15. Cuyana Tote: A beautifully made, practical and stylish tote for travel and work.
  16. Loeffler Randall Booties: The best investment bootie I never stop raving about. You guys have sent me a lot of DMs this year saying you are so happy with this purchase. They made the list last year, too!
  17. Kristin Ess Styling Wand: An affordable styling wand from Target that delivers on beachy waves.
  18. Erborian BB Creme: This is probably the product I’ve gotten the most messages about from you guys! You’ve been so happy with it which in turn makes me happy! I personally love it so much that I wrote an entire blog post about it.
  19. Supergoop Everyday Sunscreen: A great sunscreen that dries matte so you can easily put sunscreen on right after.
  20. Cluse Watch: My every day timepiece and you can’t beat the price.
  21. Fabric Shaver: The item I have sold the most of from Amazon x about 1,000 ha!

  • J.Crew Slip On Silk Skirt: So versatile, so chic.
  • Everlane Textured Crop Cardigan: I absolutely love this cardigan. Styled it with my friend Carly here.
  • Line & Dot Textured Sweater: This is probably one of my most worn sweaters of the year. I love how the texture looks layered under coats. I wore it here. It is now on sale, too! I have it in a medium.
  • Agolde Toni Jeans: The best jeans I bought all year that I’ve talked about a lot. I wear in a size 27.
  • Banana Republic Cable Knit Sweater: The best cable knit sweater. Not surprised this was a best seller because I wore it so much on the blog this year including here & here.
  • Vince Slip On Sneakers: My go-to weekend sneakers that are more elevated than other slip ons.
  • Lace Trimmed Cami: The prettiest cami that you guys have also bought frequently. It comes with me on every trip (I own black and white!)
  • Everlane Shrunken Sweatshirt: My favorite layering sweater. I wear this at least once a week in Fall & Winter! It is particularly great under blazers in the Winter. I size up to a Large and own the black and ivory.
  • Marc Fisher Izzie Boots: I tried to get these for the last two Winters and they kept selling out so I nabbed them as soon as they launched this summer. They are so comfortable and so warm. I am in love with this purchase and you guys have already made them a bestseller. Definitely worth it.
  • Everlane Rib Crew Cashmere Sweater: The coziest sweater with the best slouchy fit. I wear a size Medium.
  • Commando Control Briefs: I discovered these this summer and couldn’t stop talking about them because every dress looks instantly better when you wear them. Like Spanx without the annoyance of Spanx. I wear a size Medium.
  • Everlane Alpaca Crew: I wore it here and this sweater is cozy personified. Comes in so many colors, too!
  • Old Navy Sherpa Pullover: The softest, coziest pullover I’ve been living in. SO affordable and one of the best things my lounge wardrobe. I sized down to a size small.

    Love your blog! Question on sizing, I notice you mention what size you are in a lot of different garments, but it’s hard to know how that may compare to myself. I know you may not want to reveal height/measurements on the internet, but it would be helpful for shopping. 🙂 Thank you and no worries if not!
