Coming Up Roses (+ A Playlist)

Look at me…in florals again! This midi dress covered in dainty roses was too good to pass up. (It comes in other pretty prints, too.) I love how lightweight it is and as a result I have been sporting it in  New York on more humid days (as evidenced by my hair in these photos!) and in Portugal this past week.

Do you guys remember earlier this year when I shared a playlist? You seemed to like it so I thought I’d share another one I recently made and have been listening to on repeat. I was inspired to group together all the songs that amplify a good day. Henceforth: The Damn Good Day playlist. They are songs that uplift, that get your toes tapping or just are all around feel-good songs. And a fun fact? The song I was listening to on full blast in high school when I got my first and only speeding ticket is also on the playlist. (I’ll send a special gift in the mail to whoever guesses it – HAHA! Not kidding! Leave your guess in the comments and next week I’ll let you know if any one guessed right & then I’ll put a little something in the mail for the winner!)

I head home tomorrow from Portugal just in time to hopefully catch the fireworks. Do you have fun 4th of July plans? Hope you’re doing something special or at the very least enjoying the day off!

p.s. another midi dress + denim jacket combo and another floral dress I am loving.
