Sarah Flint Shoes Review

Sarah Flint Dress Bootie

Shoes have been my favorite way to accessorize for as long as I can remember. But I also spent too much of my younger years wearing shoes that hurt my feet or couldn’t be worn for long periods of time. In my late 20s and early 30s I began to level up and really invest so I could wear shoes all across New York City and Paris without issue. Read on for my favorites and a special promo code for first time customers.

Back in 2016 I was made familiar with Sarah Flint – the luxury shoe brand started by designer Sarah Flint. Sarah started the business because, as a woman, she understood the frustration around buying shoes that ended up sitting in your closet because they were uncomfortable to wear or too impractical. So she set out to make exceptional shoes with exceptional materials.

Sarah Flint Shoes Review

Every shoe Sarah Flint releases are ones Sarah herself wears and therefore have gone through multiple rounds of testing for fit, durability and comfort. Sarah Flint’s line is made 100% in Italy alongside top luxury shoe brands who, unlike Sarah Flint, price their shoes with a high retail markup typical of designer shoes.

Sarah Flint works with family-owned factories in Italy and makes regular visits to meet with the artisans as each shoe style is concepted and produced.

And while I love all these elements of the brand, I also mostly love that all the shoes from sandals to boots to flats to heels are truly comfortable. The brand stands behind style without sacrifice and that’s what keeps my collection growing. The commitment to anatomical arch support ensures each pair is ready to be worn for a long period of time.

Sarah Flint has been worn by loads of celebrities including Meghan Markle, Lady Gaga, Amal Clooney, Cindy Crawford and more. Today I am sharing an honest review of my experience with Sarah Flint shoes and each of the styles I own.

Sarah Flint Natalie Bow Flat in Nude I wit & whimsy

The Natalie Flat

The perfect Parisian inspired flat. This is my favorite pair of Sarah Flint shoes. I own the Natalie Flat in three colors – with the neutral calfskin being my most worn because of their versatility and ability to be worn with everything. This flat features a refined vamp that reveals just the right amount of toe cleavage but it’s the asymmetrical bow on top that I think makes them true standouts.

I find them to fit true to size and wear my usual 37. But the brand advises to size up half a size in this style if you have a wider foot. They have 3mm of extra padding for comfort and  a leather outsole with rubber forepart to prevent slipping. I have walked many, many thousands of steps in these flats!

The Natalie Flat is $450 and comes in so many beautiful colors and patterns.

Sarah Flint Natalie Slingback at Paris Cafe

The Natalie Sling

A new, fresh take on the Natalie Flat but this time with a charming and timeless slingback. It comes with the same asymmetrical bow as the Natalie Flat and in the beautiful black + white contrast fabric I am wearing above as well as a fun gold that’s perfect to wear with dresses and a pretty blush pink.

The Natalie Sling is $450.

Business Casual Outfit I wit & whimsy

The Perfect Pump 85

So good I own it five times! I have this shoe in gray, black, red, espresso and a limited edition crystal embellished black season from the 2022 holiday drop. It is my go-to pump and more comfortable than pumps I’ve paid more for.

I love that Sarah Flint offers these perfect pumps in a variety of heel heights. So whether you want a super high heel (100) or a lower, more practical heel – you can have it. My Perfect Pumps have held up so well with loads of wear and I have no issues trotting around in them.

Why so comfortable? The pump features a wider toe box to ease foot crowding for all day comfort, 6mm of extra padding, a shaped insole to support the natural arch of the foot and a center steel rod in the heel to ensure durability and security.

The Perfect Pump comes in so many good colors and the brand sometimes does limited edition releases of this popular style as well! It retails for $550.

Sarah Flint Sachetto Ballet Flat

The Sacchetto Ballet Flat

Vintage ballet flats with modern details you will wear these shoes so much. They have a covered button detail, a square toe box and come in a variety of fun color combinations or the sleek black leather above.

These flats have 3mm of extra padding in them and the lining and insole are stitched together so the fit is flexible and lightweight. A great shoe to travel with as a result!

The Sacchetto Ballet Flat is $450 and comes in several colors including a dressier gold.

Sarah Flint Mirjana Ballerina

Sarah Flint Mirjana Ballerina

Newly launched in 2024, this delicate flat with a square toe box and embellished metal bow makes it a dressier flat to add to your collection.

The Mirjana Ballerina retail for $450.

The Perfect Dress Bootie

The Perfect Dress Boot

Every girl’s closet needs a pair – the perfect dress boot to wear all Fall & Winter. I got the higher heel height and absolutely love this pair for being sturdy but also oh so sleek.

This boot features a hidden 10mm platform that decreases the pitch of the foot and beautiful scalloped detailing along the side, accented with French binding which makes them feel really special and unique.

I wear this boot so, so much all Fall + Winter.

The Perfect Dress Boot 90 is $750.

Sarah Flint Alexandra Boot

The Alexandra Boot

A boot that just asks for compliments! Made from Italian stretch suede, these boots have an inset block heel that provides height and length without the heaviness of a traditional block heel. I find them perfect to travel with in Fall & Winter as a result! I also love that the zipper on these are hidden. They form to your calf but also stretch without losing their shape.

The Alexandra Boot retails for $995.

Lastly in my Sarah Flint boot collection is the Perfect Riding Boot which they launched in 2023. They are so classic, so comfortable and feel like they get better with wear. Given their price point I am grateful for their timeless make and style.

The Sarah Flint Perfect Riding Boot retail for $995.

Sarah Flint Perfect Sandal

The Perfect Block Sandal 60

A dressy sandal that is oh-so-walkable thanks to the block heel. I have the 60 height but they also come in a higher 90 heel height as well as a small 30 heel.

Unlike other block sandals that may pinch your feet, these have a wider toe box for comfort and a shaped insole to support the natural arch of the foot.

The Perfect Block Sandal are $550 and come in a variety of colors in both suede and leather.

Next on my list from Sarah Flint? I am eyeing The Perfect Sandal 85 for wedding season as well as the Mirjana Bow Flat Sandal which looks perfect for summer travel season.

The Sarah Flint shoes are definitely investment pieces but mine have all held up so well and I find each style to be so versatile so I am constantly wearing them.

Beautiful selections! Do you know if these shoes ever go on sale?

    • Meghan says:

Hi Karen – very rarely! They do a few sales a year but not really on their classic styles shown here. They’ll discount some of the more colorful or limited edition ones however!

I find your reviews very helpful when I purchase a new brand. My first Sarah Flint purchase was made before I read your sizing advice.
My usual size is the same (37/US 7B), but I went by the info under the Natalie slingback and purchased a 7.5. Fingers crossed they fit.

    • G. Allyn says:

      Hello!
You are always a big help with sizing. I wear a size 37 (a US medium) but I find Sarah Flint sizing can run big and wide.
My best fit is in the Emma Perfect pump and the Natalie can vary depending on material.
The fabric Natalie is too big and the leather is fine.
I want to splurge and the limited edition waterlily is silk and beaded. Do you have any sizing advice?
Sarah Flint Customer Service is excellent, but I have taken their advice and a couple of times the shoes come up too big.

I bought several pairs of shoes based on your suggestions (you never steer me wrong!)- and I have to say, while I like the shoes, the customer service is one of the worst I have EVER experienced. Was really excited to continuing buying more of this brand, but left me with a really sour taste. Wishing you a wonderful new year and thanks for always bringing your followers the best out there!

    • Meghan says:

I am so sorry to hear this especially as someone just emailed me last week saying they had the best experience with the brand’s customer service! I am so sorry you had a rough go – definitely not how I’ve found it be or heard it to be. I would perhaps try reaching back out to share your experience by DM-ing the brand on social xx
