What's Your WIT Workout Playlist?

February 10, 2009

Music drives me. It keeps me entertained, brings out the best moods, creates memories (read: WIT Dance Parties) and can even help in hard times. And if you’re like me, you need music to work out.

With my embarking on a journey of getting back into shape, I needed to pump up my playlists and I wanted to share those tunes that are letting me jam on the treadmill and hit the weights. Download them & enjoy!

MGMT – Kids & Electric Feel

Britney Spears – Circus, Womanizer & Piece of Me

Kings of Leon – Sex on Fire

Rhianna – Disturbia

Junkie XL – Cities in Dust

Ok Go – Here it Goes Again

Kanye West – Stronger & Good Life

Lady GaGa – Poker Face & Starstruck

Franz Ferdinand – Lucid Dreams & Take Me Out

Cartel – Wasted

The Kills – Sour Cherry

The Pussycat Dolls – Top of the World & I Hate This Part Right Here

Coldplay – Viva La Vida

The Format – The First Single

Do you have songs you can’t get enough of when you hit the gym? Do share!

My workout playlists are usually a little old school. Some “Good Vibrations” by Marky Mark and “Poison” by Bel Biv Devoe are almost certainly on there.
