This WIT is being completely stereotypical and vowing to go to the gym in 2009 (especially since I won a gym membership to Crunch and my colleague told me I “owe it to destiny to go”)! But the catch is- I need help!! It’s been a long time since I’ve been committed to working out.
So…tell me…what’s your favorite way to exercise? What time of day do you exercise? (we all know I love Real Simple).What classes are most worthwhile? What is your favorite music to work out to? Any great tips on how to better integrate it into my lifestyle? Any help is much appreciated for this non-resolution, but pseudo vow.
