As mentioned before I am so glad I was able to recover from my bout with food poisoning (and the trip to the hospital) to carry on with my much anticipated trip to Washington D.C. It was such a relaxing weekend with my godmother who happens to be the very best host there ever was, not to mention one of my favorite people. Thank you, Kathie for such a lovely weekend!

How is it I have never been in the sparkly tunnel at the National Gallery despite having been in DC a dozen times in the last two years?? Good thing I’m headed back in a month 🙂
