My roommate and I are on the hunt for a new pad- totally exciting in some ways and utterly frustrating in others! At this point we’re ready to move up a little in the world, have more preferences than when we were looking last time and, of course, we have money restrictions like any other gal out there.
While I’m so glad Craigslist exists and we can search all the time for a place easily without the hassle of a broker, it’s caused me to become totally OCD when it comes to finding new listings.
So I ask all you ladies- what have you done that’s worked to help you find a place? And- more fun- what are the best interior design tips you have because let me just say- I’m super excited to decorate already!
