Today I’m excited to share my second set of photos shot in Vail last week! (You can see the first set here.)
I had bought this suede skirt from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale (it is still under $50!) but it wasn’t until I was in Colorado that I was able to wear it since I had escaped 90+ temperatures in New York and settled into high 60s/low 70s with a beautiful mountain breeze. I absolutely love the color and have a feeling I’ll be mixing a lot of brown and black this season.
And these Madewell flats couldn’t be more perfect for Fall. I actually bought them with next month’s Europe trip in mind so I’m working on breaking them in now but I love the d’orsay cut and how they’ll go with just about everything. Right now I’m imagining them with this sweater dress I just bought (only $29!) and also with my favorite dark wash jeans, a leather jacket (my roommate just got this one in gray and I love it!) and a simple yet interesting tee for layering.
Did you all enjoy the long weekend? I’m back home and attempting to gear up for some Fashion Week activities, one very full inbox at work and a laundry list of to dos but reveling in the time spent out in the Rockies last week. I hope you enjoyed every minute of the holiday and soaked up the last of summer!
xx
