Recently I’ve been noticing Ali Ro’s designs standing out – I’m always on the hunt for dresses and time and again I find myself drawn to these designs. Though I had to contain myself,  you may have been lucky enough to snag one of her pieces on Gilt Groupe last week. Since 2007, the Ali Ro collection of dresses aims to “weave together the energy of young Hollywood style icons with the ease and smart fashion sense of today’s woman.”

Kathleen McFeeters, owner of Ali Ro strives to celebrate the fun fashion through unexpected fabrications, sexy silhouettes, playful mixes of embellishments and original prints. Well, she nails it. Collection after collection she produces lines of wearable yet fashionable pieces for day and night. And they are reasonably priced so you won’t break the bank. Make sure you check out her Fall 2010 collection – it definitely doesn’t disappoint.
