Dressing at this time of year can be so damn difficult. It could be cool in the mornings and then in the 70s by the time you leave. Or, if you’re New York this week, it’s October and it’s wildly humid and feels like you’re living in a tropical jungle rather than Fall. So that’s been NEAT.
It’s getting dressed on these kinds of days that I fall back onto old favorites. I’ve had this jacket since I lived in San Francisco over five years ago! Military jackets can be your best layering friend at this time of year. And chambray. Always rely on chambray. This one I’m wearing from Old Navy is such a good fit (not to mention the right price!)
What are your go-tos for transitional dressing? Spill!
