I will admit that I am not usually a huge fan of wearing leggings in public if not headed to/from a workout. But at some point this year I was tired of wearing jeans on a long flight so when I spotted these velvet leggings I knew I wanted them for my new, go-to Fall into Winter travel outfit.

Fall Into Winter Travel Outfit

I wore a version of this outfit to/from Paris last month and have never felt so comfortable yet put together for a red eye. Spanx makes the best leggings that are less loungewear and more elevated in style. I also have the Spanx faux leather leggings also and my friend was recently asking me how to style hers that she had bought and I recommended an oversized sweater like the one I’m wearing here. The thicker, oversized knit balances out the tighter leggings. I can’t recommend either pair enough – they are so great!
