Even back when I worked in an office (before I started working for myself), I never really had to wear a lot of corporate workwear. PR agencies were generally really casual unless you had a client visiting or had in-person client meetings. I personally loved this (…you could say I’m not much of a suit kinda gal.)
Now, given I work from home or any given hotel or coffee shop, my looks most days are generally even more casual than agency life. (Or are made up of entirely my favorite workout wear, if we’re being honest.)
That being said, I buy a lot less workwear than I used to. That is until I spot a piece I know can be worn a lot, in a lot of ways like this leather skirt.
When clients come to town or I’m working events, I always look forward to pulling out pieces that are a bit more dressy and a leather skirt is such an easy way to look instantly put together. (And let us have a moment for this bag – isn’t it just so chic and timeless?! I couldn’t love it more!)
I rounded up a few other Fall worthy workwear pieces for those of you looking to jazz up what you’ll be wearing to the office for the few months ahead. (That is if it ever gets below 80 degrees in New York! Crazy Indian Summer happening over here…)
Hope you all had a great weekend! I have a very, very busy week ahead so if you need me I’ll most likely be buying all the coffee ;).

Tried to buy this skirt in the tan color in store this weekend but they didn’t have my size. Even cuter on you, so devastating!
