I love me some fresh designers and when I discover unfamiliar ones like Kelly Locke, I have to admit I get very interested, very quickly.

Kelly’s new Spring / Summer 2011 collection was inspired by film legends Brando and Bardot with a nod to modernist architecture which resulted in styles that bring together toughness, grace, and attitude, all in harmony. With a unique mix of exotic details and fine natural materials, all of Kelly’s bags are made in the US- love that.

Can’t you just see these bags becoming family heirlooms you would pass on to your daughter?
