Leroy Street in the West Village is pure magic this time of year. I always make a point to visit and also shot there this month last year which made for some of my favorite photos. This year however? I’m in a sleeveless dress because of the incredible Indian summer we’ve been having in New York. It was in the low 70s multiple days last week! People visiting the city must feel like they hit the jackpot and I’ve been so glad to be in New York and soaking it up.

I wrote last month about how much good stuff Forever21 has had recently and I picked up this dress for $27. I’ve been mildly obsessed with midi-length skirts so thought I’d try out the length in a dress. Paired with these comfortable new boots I felt slightly witchy woman but the New Yorker in me loves an all black look this time of year.

Did you have a good weekend? As mentioned in this post, I went aboard Royal Caribbean’s ship Anthem of the Seas newly docked in New Jersey and explored and ate too much with fellow bloggers. It was a time to say the least but I can’t wait for the upcoming weekend in which I plan to soak up everything fall in New York! I hope you had a great one!
