Many of my girlfriends have been talking about LOFT’s sister brand Lou & Grey recently so I decided to check it out the other week and man was I in for a treat.

Not only does the brand have so many cute and cozy pieces for Fall’s cooler temperatures but they also have some killer workout wear that I loved. I rounded up my favorite pieces below!
