WIT & Whimsy tip: Use a creaseless cream shadow as a base across your lid, like ‘RSVP’ or ‘Birthday Suit’ and then glide on a velvet shadow over your entire lid and up to the brow bone when using a softer color. Finish off your eyes with small dabs of ‘Jelly Roll’ Lust Duster in the inner ‘v’ of both eyes.
