Happy Monday you guys! Did you have a good weekend? Mine was spent enjoying good food, good company and some good pockets of sunshine amidst long walks and all of it was good for my soul. What more can you ask for from a weekend, right?

This month’s Noteworthy post has a rather eclectic grouping of items but trust me when I say…all of these inclusions are so good.

Siggi’s Yogurt

I bought this yogurt on a whim in a little grocery store near my house and now I may never go back to other yogurts. Their plain yogurt is so thick, so creamy and so mild…I LOVE it. I eat it often scooped onto my strange protein oatmeal (see recipe via this post) but it is also pretty great on its own. I absolutely love yogurt with fun mix-ins and fruit but I’ve stopped buying them upon realizing they are pretty much dessert disguised as breakfast loaded with sugar. It was time to turn to a less sugary alternative when it came to yogurt and I am so in love with Siggi’s. It features simple ingredients and is loaded with protein. While plain is my go-to the coconut is also delicious (and not overly sweet like other brands) and the raspberry is also lovely.

Everlane Underwear

You guys know I love pretty much everything Everlane does so it isn’t a surprise that I’m 100% down with their new underwear. I finally got around to wearing it and let me tell you, the thongs are particularly great. They are very second skin – you truly don’t feel like you’re wearing anything. And at $12 they are nearly half the price of Hanky Pankys or other more frilly underwear.

While in San Francisco last year one night I was up late working alongside my friend’s husband who was also working late. I went to get a glass of water only to see his laptop screen was glowing an eery red/orange. When I asked him about it he told me it was a plug-in for Chrome that makes the color of your computer’s display adapt to the time of day. So, depending on your settings, it’ll adjust the screen lighting to be less harsh on your eyes. In the words of f.lux, during the day, computer screens look good—they’re designed to look like the sun. But, at 9PM, 10PM, or 3AM, you probably shouldn’t be looking at the sun so f.lux will adjust your screen to be easier on your eyes…literally. I stay up working too late all too often and this plug-in has been a game changer for me.

The Americans this show!! With my new Amazon Prime account I can now binge the first five seasons and man, am I hooked. The shows stars Keri Russell and Matthew Rhys as KGB agents in the 1980s living in DC disguised as…Americans. The plot is riveting and each episode is intense. It’s one of the best shows I’ve watched of recent and really can’t recommend it enough if you like thrillers or dramas. I’m already onto Season 3 (shout out to all the downtime from this month’s killer cold/cough) and am excited to get to the current last season that is airing on FX now.

. . .

Did you guys have anything you loved this month?
