One…two…three…four…that’s how many pieces from J.Crew I’m wearing in this post – woah! Playing favorites much? I have to say they have just been killing it recently and I always look to their style guides for inspiration. (Psst…a BUNCH of stuff is marked down on the site right now!)

Over the years I’ve been collecting wool minis because I just love the look of them paired with boots and any number of different blouses. It’s a way of rolling out of bed but looking put together. I thought the forest green color of this mini was just what my closet was missing. (Some other great options below.)

These photos were shot in one highly underrated neighborhood in my opinion…Tribeca. I don’t get there nearly enough but one thing that always gets me that far downtown? Locande Verde. I was there twice last month and countless other times and the restaurant never gets old. If you’re coming to NYC, it’s a must.

Stay warm for all of you in the Midwest/on the East Coast! And a weekly roundup is coming later today.

Outfit: J.Crew Windowpane top, skirt (on sale and in several colors, too!), scarf and coat (old, but very similar), Target turtleneck, Marc by Marc Jacobs bag (on sale! – that never happens!), Coach x Frye boots (on repeat…similar below and looove these Coach ones– on sale!), Karen Walker sunglasses, Club Monaco hat, Spanx tights, Portoloano gloves (similar)

This is so cute- I love the color of your miniskirt! I don’t go to Tribeca much either but I’m definitely going to look up Locande Verde.
