We’ve been loyal fans of Neutrogena’s eye makeup remover for years now, but it’s time we said “Move Over!!” because we’ve got a new favorite! As a part of BzzAgent, we got to test out some of Clean & Clear’s newest products & that included it’s brand new Soothing Eye Makeup Remover.
We know what you’re thinking- soothing?? But oddly, it’s true! The liquid gently conditions as it dissolves long-wear eye makeup (like our favorite long-lasting Benefit cream eye shadows), its oil-free and best of all, its infused with a combination of cucumber extracts and aloe vera- thus, the soothing.
The reason it booted our Neutrogena fav? It’s significantly less oily and therefore leaves your skin feeling fresher and cleaner. Oh and it’s cheaper- golden.
Hi I think this is a fantastic blog, keep up the good work…
Speaking of eye makeup remover, good ol’ Vaseline (even the generic, drugstore-brand petroleum jelly) does the job too. Doesn’t have the magical conditioning effects of the Clean & Clear, but it’s super cheap and easy to find.
Oh- fabulous idea! I had never thought of that use! The gal at the nail salon recently told me to use Vaseline on my cuticles as well! I should try both…if I can tear myself away from Burt’s Bees Lemon Cuticle Cream that is!
I also used that Neutrogena eye makeup remover but switched over to Rimmel’s Gentle Eye Makeup Remover, which isn’t oily at ALL. But I’m always searching for the best out there so I’ll have to look into this Clear & Clear one..
