Recently we came across a new mascara that we’re absolutely in love with – mascara tops the list of beauty products we can’t live without.
A recent stop at Sephora lead us to take a leap of faith and try something completely new – (we’re typically religious to Benefit’s BADGal lash). Fiberwig mascara by Imju, a Japanese beauty product company, is simple fab. According to Sephora it’s the top-selling mascara in Japan, so we decided to give it a spin.
Imju touts its product as “paint on false lashes,” without giving you the caked on makeup look. The formula is light and doesn’t smudge AT ALL. No more raccoon eyes here – it stays put all day and even made it through an intense cardio class at the gym (it claims to be resistant to oil, sweat and tears – we’re happy to report this is absolutely true!). It doesn’t leave your lashes until you decide to take it off with a bit of warm water.
Here’s a full product description:
Engineered to create the perfect lashes with twice the amount of micro-fine interconnecting fibers, the instant drying formula creates a long lasting film coat around your natural lashes. Fiberwig imparts a perfect, smudge-proof maximum lash extension effect with a water-resistant formula that’s easy to remove with warm water, without risking damaging or losing your natural lashes.
