I’m a big fan of throwing on a pair of heels with a more laid back look. I absolutely love pairing pumps (these BCBG ones I’ve had for years and adore the mix of suede and patent leather) with skinny jeans and a feminine blouse and lots of accessories. Not to say that I don’t enjoy dresses and skirts for days, but sometimes you just need some good, reliable and comfy jeans.
I’ve been practically living in this Ecote jacket (seen here, here and here), recently since its weight is perfect for the gorgeous 60-ish degree weather we’ve been having here in San Francisco. I had a reader email me the other day asking what size mine was and it’s the XS. Apparently reviews on Urban’s website are a bit mixed so thought I would share.

ok i am SO JEALOUS that you are sporting your Ecote jacket in January. I wore mine into October, but then it got a little too chilly out here in the city. So live it up girl because VERY SOON you will have to hide it away, or at least layer it under something more snow-proof.
