For nearly a decade I have been taking in New York’s holiday sites but I never ever fail to wonder at the Christmas tree in the lobby of the Lotte New York Palace Hotel. Despite things looking different this year in the city I knew I wanted to still dress up and head uptown to capture yet another year in this gorgeous courtyard.
I have no plans this holiday season to wear a sequin dress but when I tried this one on I knew it was meant for me and my closet for a future where parties and galas and soirees once again exist. I love the fit of it so much (I went up a size) and knew immediately I wanted to shoot it in front of the most beautifully decorated Christmas tree in NYC.
If you plan to visit the tree this year do note the hours have changed and the courtyard doesn’t open until 10AM now.
