Happy Friday from 35,000 feet! I am wheels up back to my hometown of Chicago since the first time in 2019! I am so excited for tomorrow’s event with M.M.LaFleur and to see friends and family I haven’t seen in far too long. This past week has been all about getting back into my routines at home and tackling loads of un-fun, necessary to-dos like expense tracking, unpacking (just to re-pack!), tons of laundry, cleaning out my closet and tidying my home. I had some real lows with several bad pieces of news and then some real highs this week as well. Such is life and I’m sure many of you can relate.

WHAT I DID THIS WEEK:

• I made this lemon pepper chicken with feta sauce and it was so easy and flavorful. 
• I checked out Spencers for a massage after seeing it all over IG and wasn’t impressed sadly. I don’t like when there’s a lack of space and privacy and really didn’t like the therapist I saw at all sadly. Didn’t feel worth the money at all to me.
• Saw Good Night, and Good Luck on Broadway starring George Clooney. What a movie star he is – incredible to see him on stage. 
• I’ve been working a lot on a bunch of Substack-exclusive pieces to publish soon. Including what I’m planning to do this summer, reflections on turning 40 (and how I am celebrating), where to shop if you’re going to Europe this summer and more.
