Sharing a few snaps from my day trip upstate the other weekend to visit Fishkill Farms!
I had been many years ago but I love it for the sprawling property, great shop with so many delicious treats and of course the doughnuts and hot apple cider!
Taylor, Hailey and I got a car for the day and headed up bright and early for the visit to the farm followed by lunch in the charming town of Cold Spring.
I’m so glad I was able to squeeze in this annual tradition of mine and tick another thing off my fall bucket list!

Oh, I love Fishkill!! It’s the only farm I’ll go to if I have a choice; it’s one of the only ones in the area that is eco-certified and tries to be as environmentally sustainable as possible. I just made applesauce with the apples I got there this past week 🙂 and we bought a bottle of their hard cider this time, too!
So impressed you made applesauce! I love it there and ended up making apple crisp that I’m wishing I had more of right about now 🙂
