A surprise Friday outfit post!
The year has been crazy thus far to say the least and despite having taken a vacation to Grand Cayman earlier this year, it already feels so far away. I’m ready to plan my next getaway ASAP but until then I’ll be embracing a spirit of loving the city I’m lucky to call home.
Summer in New York is so close it is like I can taste it. I love this time of year in the city. The trees have started to bloom, open toed shoes are finally acceptable and it’s like everyone has extra pep in their step. In a city like Manhattan where people can always seem to be in such a rush (or a bad mood for that matter), it can be really hard to keep a bright outlook.
As I wrote about in this post, sometimes I can get overwhelmed and so anxious that I work myself into a proper tail spin and forget to acknowledge all the good happening around me. With the change in the seasons, I am excited to be sharing a look today inspired by Palm Breeze, a sparkling alcoholic beverage perfect for all my plans to soak up summer in the city…picnics in Central Park, get-togethers on the Westside Highway with girlfriends and having friends over at my apartment for viewing parties and catch up sessions (see other favorite activities in my guide to NYC!) They want everybody to embody the spirit of #VacayEveryDay and I think that mentality couldn’t be better for this time of year.
Available in the cutest cans, Palm Breeze comes in Ruby Red Citrus and Pineapple Mandarin Orange. I love the fact that they come in cans because it makes it perfect for toting around for activities or popping darling straws into them for a night in with girls. With the launch of my new site, I’m eager to share more lifestyle posts and peeks into my home. You can also see more if you follow me on Snapchat @meghandono.In the meantime, I think it’s high time I plan my next getaway…who is with me!?
