via spiga fall 2011

September 2, 2011

Earlier this week I popped down to the Via Spiga SOHO boutique to get a sneak peek at their Fall ’11 first and second collections. I have to say I was really impressed with the variety and quality of the shoes Via Spiga produced for the upcoming season! There were eggplant suede boots, chic gray open-toed platforms, mixed media boots featuring both leather and suede, motorcycle details, and leopard patent mary janes. At prices ranging from about $158 to $400, the collection is full of high quality materials at prices that won’t have you aching.

Being a massive shoe gal, I always love finding new brands that offer killer styles at awesome prices and Via Spiga definitely fits that bill. Other brands I’m currently digging like that include Ash and Sam Edelman.

…On another note, had such a fun night last night with Helena of Brooklyn Blonde. We sipped much needed stiff cocktail and nibbled bites at the Ace Hotel and it must be said this girl has got to be one of my favorite blogger friends. New friends like her are yet another reason I love living in New York!

  1. i really like via spiga. very classic… the boots you shot are fab. last year i got a pair of over the knee black leather boots from them… the heel is slightly chunky and just low enough (3.5″ or so) to still be (relatively!) practical.

    have a lovely weekend!
