Happy Monday, you guys! How did the weekend treat you? I had such a perfect one. On Friday I had spontaneous drinks and a takeout date with my girlfriend Sara and her little one in our neighborhood and Saturday I cleaned house and then finally ate at Lilia (it was so good it’s already made its way into my NYC guide!) Sunday was for Soulcycle + brunch and then dinner with a great group of friends at my brother’s place.
This weekend I lived in these sneakers. They are so comfortable and go with everything. When The White Company opened a store in the Flatiron, I quickly fell in love. Not only is practically everything they make in a neutral (similar to my wardrobe!), they also make very beautiful + timeless essentials for both your home and your closet. (I’ve also bought multiple baby gifts from them because they have the cutest selection ever!)
All Fall I expect to be living in jeans, sneakers & sweaters. This past year I’ve actually shifted to function over form when it comes to shoes since my days don’t involve a traditional office anymore. I tend to live in sneakers more than ever so in addition to these new ones that I love, I also wear these, these and these often. (All my other favorites can also be found here.)
And can I tell you how happy I was for sweater weather this weekend!? I was so joyful slipping into this sweater and this sweater and walking outside with no jacket. Pure bliss.
That being said I’m not quite ready to say au revoir to iced coffee season so you’ll still find me sipping it at home most mornings (thanks to this handy dandy thing) or ordering it at one of my favorite local places.
