Spring weather is finally arriving and I’m eager to return to wearing some of my favorite Spring pieces. I invest in my wardrobe and love having timeless staples I reach for year over year and this post is a good example of that. And while I have plenty on my 2026 wish list I am eyeing to buy, I always look forward to shopping my own closet first when the seasons change.
And don’t miss shopping even more things hanging in My Closet. I’ve also curated a 2026 Spring Wardrobe Essentials Shoppable PDF this year!
As you get dressed for this new season I hope you’ll bookmark this post and find it inspiring for styling inspiration. I also hope as you shop this season this post will be a handy guide for great staples + timeless styles.
Things in My Closet I’ll Be Wearing this Spring
I have done my best to link everything below so if you don’t see a link for an item it means it is no longer available!

This easy, breezy shirt dress (wearing an 8).

These trousers I’ve been wearing since 2019. The quality and fit is so great. I own two colors in size 8.

The oh so versatile and great year-round La Ligne Colby Pant (M and had them hemmed).

These great Reformation jeans. Definitely size up at least one size. Wearing a 29.

This Cinq à Sept jacket (I have the matching shorts (both in size 8).
This favorite oversized button down (sized down to a S).

Agolde 90s Crop Jeans – Everything I want in a jean right now. Hitting me right at the ankle, a wider leg but reads more straight than wide. A rigid yet comfortable denim. Check/Check/Check (Size 28).
Seen styled with this Banana Republic Striped Lightweight Cashmere Tee (Size L).

One of my most-worn year round sweaters that pairs well with spring denim and skirts – the Solid La Ligne Mini Marin (wearing a L).

This Alex Mill sweater jacket (size M).

This go-to white tee from Soldout NYC (size L), this Madewell belt, trousers (size 6) + tote.

The Sezane Clyde Trench (size down – wearing a 4).

This great tee dress (size M) and my favorite comfy and elegant sandals. (So good I just bought two of their new colorways they just released for the 2026 season!)

All my favorite Spring-inspired tweed little jackets from Veronica Beard.

This favorite eyelet dress (wearing a L) + these YSL sandals.

This flattering dress from Jenni Kayne that I now own in four colors (L).
Use code MEGHANDONO10 for 10% off your purchase at Jenni Kayne.

The Jenni Kayne Finley Cardigan which is my favorite for over the shoulder styling but can also be worn as a light topper over dresses.
It’s so lightweight that I love it for adding a little extra visual interest to a look when worn over the shoulders.
It is rather shrunken in style so I sized up to an XL. Use code MEGHANDONO10 for 10% off your purchase at Jenni Kayne.

The ideal summer linen shift dress. Simple, chic and easy to style. Wearing a M.

This favorite cropped jacket (M) and these Jenni Kayne Linen Trousers (size 6 but also had them hemmed).

I own it in black as well (M).

These Agolde Ren Jeans (size 28).
I love them so much I have bought them in other shades including as seen below:

Paired with this Reformation Linen Top.
I love the feminine, vintage feel of this top. Wearing a size M but I’d size up if in between sizes.

This beautiful poplin dress (8).
It comes in loads of colors! I own it in a bunch because it is that good. See it One Midi Dress, Three Ways. I’ve been wearing this dress since 2021.

It also comes in a spaghetti strap version now, too. The colorway seen here sold out right away last year so I was happy to see they restocked it. Wearing a size 8 as well.

Jenni Kayne Kinney Dress
The perfect linen midi dress. I loved it so much I bought and kept the black and ivory colorways.
Wearing a size L as it runs a bit small in the bust.
Seen paired with the Avery Crewneck sweater (size M).

This favorite oversized button down (sized down to a S).

A favorite straw tote and my favorite sneakers ever.

And this Loewe tote as well I bought last year in Paris.

Belt
This chic belt over so many dresses! Wearing a M. I also own it in black.

These espadrilles
My favorite all spring and summer long! I’ve owned mine for over six years. They are so comfortable and so elegant looking.

My all-time favorite white button down.
Perfect in summer with denim shorts, jeans and skirts but I wear it all year round. I wear size FR 40.

The AYR Legend Jeans will continue to get loads of wear (recommend sizing up – wearing a 29).

These camel trousers (size 8). I own them in black, too.

My favorite Sezane lace blouses.
I always size up to an 8.

Sezane’s excellent basket bag.

This easy, breezy Reformation set. It has to be styled carefully otherwise it reads as pajamas but I love how cute it is. Wearing size 8.

This lightweight linen jumpsuit by Reformation. Wearing an 8.

The perfect shirtdress from Tuckernuck (size L). I wear it year round!

And the cute mini version of the Chloe shirtdress (size L). Wearing with the Sezane Maxi Justine tote and these woven ballet flats. (Just bought this pair of woven flats for this year!)

Lace Trimmed Slip Skirt
I’m still all-in on a slip skirt as an easy way to feel dressy. Here I have this skirt styled for Fall but it will easily style for the warmer temperatures as well.
Leset Barb Satin Pants
Satin pants have become a go-to for me for nights out. They are comfy yet feel dressy.
I ordered both the Reformation pair I had been eyeing and this Leset pair and loooove the Letset ones. The quality is great and I love the fit. I got the size M and I am already keen to get more from this minimalist, well-priced label.
You can see more of my trouser collection HERE.
Linen Midi Dress
This is such a versatile dress. Wonderful to pair with belts, too. I own the size 8 in black and in white.
. . .
Also here is the strapless bra I swear by – particularly for spring and summer looks.

Agree!! I love the mix & match capabilities of my wardrobe
I’ve been searching for the perfect straw tote for the Summer and I found it right here. Since purchasing a couple of your recommendations over the last few months I’m noticing I feel more confident and put together. Now, I’m off to Bloomingdale’s in 3…2…1…
