Despite my extensive blazer collection, I didn’t own a navy one until just recently. So when I spotted this beautiful tailored jacket by Sezane, I nabbed it immediately. I love its preppy, uniform-esque vibes but that it also has a modern, slightly oversized fit to it as well which makes it more my style than a more tailored navy blazer with gold buttons.
Navy Blazer and Striped Tee
Of course there’s no more classic pairing for a navy blazer than a striped tee so I layered it over my newest striped tee, this one being from Alex Mill. It has a thick fabric and a boxier fit which I love. If you prefer a slouchier tee, I recommend my favorite slouchy striped tee from AYR.
It felt so nice to once again bare my ankles with this look! I love pairing mules with straight leg jeans but have to wait for Springtime weather to roll around. Spring is also when I begin to incorporate more navy into my outfit rotation.
Navy and camel happens to be one of my favorite springtime color combinations and is one I reach for often – particularly when I am in Paris. It’s also why I decided to invest in the Celine Box Bag in camel. I wanted it to be season-less so I love that I can wear it no matter the weather. I can’t wait to pair it with more feminine dresses this summer but in the meantime it pairs perfectly with my favorite structured capsule wardrobe pieces.
