As mentioned in this post, I’ve long been a jeans girl. My wardrobe is really denim heavy and I’ve discovered the importance of finding the brands that make you feel best. Denim shopping shouldn’t be painful. You should know the styles that look best on you and select a variety of washes + design and not have to have it be something that haunts you.
DL1961 Denim has been a personal favorite of mine for some time – most recently I was in their Emma legging jean here. And their new arrivals are so, so stellar. I would wear practically every pair. When they asked me to style one of the new pairs, I was so excited to get their Emma style in a slightly distressed pair. It’s engineered to make you look skinnier – I mean, helllllo – who doesn’t want that from a pair of jeans? They won’t sag, bag or lose shape and ohhh heyyyy they’ll also lift your butt and contour your waist. Denim design at its best if you ask me.
Now comes the fun part…a GIVEAWAY! Jess and I have teamed up to give you two chances to win your choice of a pair of DL1961 jeans from their latest collection. If you win, I can ensure you’ll have trouble selecting a favorite pair because there are so many good options.
Enter below by liking DL1961 and WIT & Whimsy on Facebook & Instagram (the winner will be verified on both platforms) and be sure to pop over to Bows & Sequins to see how Jess styled her pair and enter for a second chance to win!

Please pick me! ????????
love that lace top! I too am a big fan of denim – I love J Brand for high-waisted styles, but need to branch out in terms of other fits. I’ll give these Emma jeans a try next time I order on Shopbop!
