While I’m not typically a fan of rainy days, I have to admit I kind of love them more in Fall when you can make an excuse to stay cozy indoors. Light some candles, get under a blanket and pour yourself a glass of wine while you read a good book – pretty heavenly, right? But, if you have to go outdoors, today’s outfit is for those scenarios!

Hi, Meghan! I’ve been longing for a Barbour jacket for some time but haven’t been able to decide on a style. I’ve seen you wear a couple different ones. Can you please help us understand why you choose one style over another?
Can totally understand this dilemma, Megan! My very first Barbour was their classic waxed cotton jacket (see here: https://rstyle.me/+CMQJ1SR4htFeNgOpbvLQsg) and it is probably still my favorite. It is so timeless and perfect for casual outings! I have the sage color which I think is the prettiest green but I also love it in black and navy. I think this is the most classic jacket they have for Women and is what I would recommend. I hope that helps!
I have both those jackets and I love them! I zip the barbour quilted liner into the beadnell this time of year for more warmth and I find I can wear it longer in the season this way. I have both jackets in the same size, but I found the quilted one to be larger. I wish I had ordered that one in a size down. Still perfect though!
