Blush is definitely a desert island product for me. On some days I just apply mascara and blush and call it a day as those two products make me feel most awake and put together. I’ve tried blushes from so many makeup brands as I work on in-depth beauty brand reviews over the years and I have a variety of favorites I love particularly clean beauty blushes.
Today I’ve fully refreshed and updated this post with my go-to favorites and the ones I rely on the most that meet clean beauty standards.
Best Clean Beauty Blushes
Lots of blushes can have harmful ingredients like talc, parabens, sulfates and preservatives and I personally don’t want to be using formulas with those day in and day out. If you can, I recommend switching over to cleaner blushes that fall in the green beauty trend. I have tried a lot and this post is filled with those I think are the best.
Today I’m sharing my favorite best clean beauty blushes – from cream blushes to powder blushes – these are natural flushes and high performances and nearly all come in a variety of shades that’ll suit all skin tones.
You’ll get a healthy glow on your skin with each of these and many also feature ingredients that are beneficial for your skin with repeat wear.
1. Westman Atelier Baby Cheeks Blush
My #1 cream blush. It’s creamy and dries matte for a really natural looking flush. You can also use it on your lips and lids if you’re inclined! I love the hydrating finish thanks to ingredients like Berryflux Vita: Hydration, Organic Jojoba Seed Oil and Vitis Vita Grape Extract.
And I also love the packaging with the magnetic lid- it’s so chic.
Baby Cheeks is available in six shades – I have shades Petal (a dusty nude rose) and Chouette (a peachy pink).

I immediately bought their powder version when it came out as part of a duo. It’s so great when you layer the cream and powder together!
2. RMS ReDimension Hydra Powder Blush
This multi-dimensional powder blush provides a silky smooth and luminous finish. It uses a sugar-derived wet powder technology to give a long-lasting finish. It glides on effortlessly and is buildable. The formula features buriti and organic jojoba oil that nourish and smooth the skin as you wear it. I also like that the mirrored compact is 75% PCR and refillable.
It comes in a lot of shades and I own shade Hanky Panky which is a pretty berry shade hue with a bit of glow that I particularly like wearing in Fall and Winter.

I love to layer this powder blush over my Westman Atelier cream blushes in particular which is a trick I learned from a makeup artist.

3. Ilia Beauty Color Haze Multi-Use Pigment
These little portable tubes are a multi-functional cream pigment that you can use on your cheeks or on your lips as a stain making it great to travel with thanks to it doing double duty. It’s unique as it stays dewy on cheeks and transforms to a matte-finish on the lips. I love the formula – it’s soft and whipped and lightweight and blends out really well.
Available in five shades. Shades Before Today, Temptation and Waking Up are all in my rotation!

4. Haus Labs Glassy Skin Blush Stick
I love the finish on this glossy balm of a blush that’s gone TikTok viral for good reason. It’s super weightless and buildable.
I have shade Glassy Hibiscus but 12 shades in total are available.
Pro tip: You can also use it on the lips!
5. Tower28 GetSet Blur + Set Matte Powder Blush
This blush packs a pigmented punch so apply it sparingly at first! It was designed to have the features of a setting powder with a richly pigmented blush for 12-hr fade-proof color and blurred skin.
Seven shades available.

6. Violette FR Bisou Blush
I love this cream blush! It has a unique marbled formula that’s a swirl of two shades. One, more sheer and the other a richer hue. They blend together to create a multidimensional, natural looking wash of color inspired by the “sfumato” painting technique.
Better yet? There’s an attached brush on this dual-sided blush that allows you to blend conveniently and making this perfectly portable, too. The brush is even detachable so you can wash it!

7. Saie Dew Blush
This cream blush goes on more like a stain – and a little goes a long way! You really only need one dot per check otherwise it’s easy to go clown-like real fast.
I got the shades Rosy and Peachy and really like the natural flush this blush gives you without a lot of work. More than 11 shades now available.
8. Saie Glow Sculpt Multi-Use Cream Highlighting Blush
One of those great multi-taskers I love in summer the most. Part blush, part highlighter and great for when you don’t want to put much effort in. If you like a lot of glow in your blush, definitely try this one.
Available in five shades.

9. Rituel de Fille Inner Glow Creme Pigment
This sleek compact holds a radiant flush and has been designed to be used for cheek, eye and lip. You’ll get a dewy matte hybrid finish – I recommend using your fingers to apply it for the best application.
Available in nine shades – I have shade Love Sick which is a deeper shade that I wear in Fall & Winter.
10. Merit Beauty Flush Balm
I’ve loved this blush for years at this point. This cream tint melts into skin for a lit-from-within color that stays flush all day. It features microfine pigment powders that deposit just the right touch of color. It doesn’t clog pores and has Vitamin E so your skin is conditioned while wearing it.
Available in nearly a dozen shades now. I have several and I am obsessed with Beverly Hills year round. Stockholm is a go-to in summer in particular and Archival I love for my skin tone, too.
I also love how lightweight and compact the packaging is making it ideal for travel.

11. Victoria Beckham Cheeky Posh Blush
The product that started me on the brand and remains a favorite years later: the Cheeky Posh Blush. It smooths skin and has a pretty matte finish to it. The buildable formula allows for everything from a barely-there, no-makeup makeup to a statement pop of color and it comes in a super chic bullet package.
The silicone-free colors are water-resistant and long-wearing. There are seven shades available and I have shade Major. I will likely buy another shade soon!
I absolutely love this brand and think it is one of the best out there. Read more about my favorites (the lip products especially!!) in my Victoria Beckham Beauty Review.
12. LYS Beauty Higher Standard Satin Matte Cream Blush
This is a great high pigment, ultra-creamy blush for a good pop of color and you can’t beat the price. It blends out seamlessly onto the skin for a natural looking flush with staying power.
Available in six shades. I have shade Self Love and already can’t wait to pick up shade Humble.
You can’t beat the price point of this brand and you can read about my favorites (spoiler alert: the concealer and foundation are so, so good!) in my Lys Beauty Review.
13. Soshe Beauty Blurring Pillow Blush
Goes on like a cream but finishes with a soft powder finish. This is a great blurring blush and I love that the compact comes with a mirror for handy reapplication.
Available in four shades – I like Rosy Rest the best for my coloring.
