This week was a whirlwind! I was over committed for a lot of great reasons and it was a good reminder to turn inward when feeling overwhelmed. Last week in Sedona I did a grass labyrinth meditation of sorts and she said to think of what we wanted in life – not in the future but now – and the words that came to mind first were “abundance” and “opportunity” and it made me realize how much I already have those things in my life and expressing gratitude for the busyness would actually help me find calm in the chaos. I am going to remember this lesson as I move forward in busy season from now through mid-December. And I hope you find it impactful, too!

WHAT I DID THIS WEEK:

• I had the best time shopping with those of you who came to the M.M.LaFleur boutique on the Upper West Side this week! Thank you so much for being there for me for this event- I absolutely loved meeting so many of you! I was really moved by so many of the conversations we had. • I saw John Mayer in concert! I think I’ve seen him over a dozen times at this point.
