I had a whirlwind week following a whirlwind decision to go to California for one night and surprise one of my BFFs at her 40th birthday party last weekend. The surprise was worth all the effort and the together time I got with some of my closest girlfriends and godchildren was so special. I reminded myself of this as my flight home was delayed 7+ hours leaving me on a dreaded red eye home but in the end I made it back in time for my work deadlines and it ended up meaning a bit more of girl time in the California sun.

WHAT I DID THIS WEEK:

• I released my next shoppable PDF! It’s an exclusive to my paid Substack subscribers over on The Noteworthy Edit.
• I got a sneak peek of Hill House’s forthcoming June and July drops and there were several items I couldn’t wait to add to my cart. There’s a lot of cuteness coming.
• Made these easy and comforting Greek meatballs with lemon orzo.
• I attended the re-opening party of the newly designed Longchamp store in Soho and it was such fun! I spotted so many cute silk scarves that are perfect for styling and also this darling gingham dress. I wore this bag from the brand to the party – a new addition to my collection – and this dress.

• J.Crew is 50% off loads of styles and Madewell is offering 25% Off + an extra 40% off sale items. • Everlane is 25% off sitewide and my favorite items I spotted on the site rn include this dress and this dress, this striped knit and these easy, breezy linen trousers.
• Spotted AirTags on sale. If you’re not yet traveling with these I can’t recommend them enough (would also make a great gift for someone in your life!)
• Emme Parsons makes some of my favorite sandals I own. Super luxe and sophisticated. Their mid-season sale just launched with a bunch of season-ready footwear 30% off and two styles I own – this pair and this pair – are included.
• A variety of Posse pieces are on sale at Moda including this dress I recently wore in Provence (size L).
• Net a Porter has up to 50% off and I snagged a variety of pieces from my wish list on their site including this dress I already owned in black (size L), this dress and while I was placing my order I also nabbed these sandals and this shade of my forever favorite sweater.

• Monday Swimwear’s newest two-tone launch is so, so good. I have a couple suits from the brand that I really like. I recommend sizing up.
• Yet again, I’m loving eyelet for the summer.
• Sezane just dropped loads of darling home items! I picked up a candle and this chic tray.
• Sofia Grange designed a darling capsule with Amazon and there are such cute pieces for the little ones in your life.
• It’s time for my annual reminder of how great this control brief and this control thong are under summer dresses! Everything gets smoothed out and fits better. I’ve sworn by these for years. These shapewear shorts are next on my list for extra hot days.
• The other day I saw a woman in my neighborhood wearing a yellow sweater with cool ecru denim and darling ecru mary janes and it was the cutest outfit. (BTW I did just get these jeans and they are so cool / different than what else I have. Size 29).
• I just added this Kilte set (size M) to my travel looks collection because I wear my black Liz set so much. The brand is pricey but I really like the quality and the washable cashmere. This set is also so, so darling for summer.
